The Development of Electronic Book with QR code Technology Entitled Good Students that Teachers Proud of Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology

Abstract

This research and development aimedto develop and assessquality, assess the perception and the satisfaction of the sample to the electronic book with QRcode technology entitled “Good students that teachers proud of” from the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology; the instruments were as follows 1) content evaluation form 2) media presence evaluation form 3) evaluation form of the sample's perception of an electronic book together with QRcode technology4) evaluation form of the sample's satisfaction with regards to electronic book together with QRcode technology. The sample group consisted of 30 undergraduate students who studied in the second year in the Department of Educational Communications and Technology and registered for ETM 202 Advertising and Public Relations during the first semester of the academic 2019. The results from the experts showed that the content quality assessment was at a very good level ( =5.00, S.D.=0.00). The media quality evaluation result was at a very good level( =5.00, S.D.=0.00). The evaluation of the perception of the sample was at a high level ( =4.48, S.D.=0.66).The satisfaction evaluation result of the sample group was at the highest level( =4.54, S.D.=0.60). Therefore, the developed electronic book was of high quality and can be used.
