การบริหารจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมทางการศึกษาในสถาบันอาชีวศึกษา ที่เอื้อต่อการเป็นสังคมการเรียนรู้ดิจิทัล

Abstract

The objectives of the research aimed 1) to synthesize the components of the education environmental management model in the vocational education institution to favor a digital learning society and 2) to assess the suitability of the educationa environmental management model in vocational education institutions to favor a digital learning society. The researcher applied the principles of the system approach to design a simulation of the education environment in vocational institutes. This model would favor digital learning society. Data were collected from the Delphi technique of 13 vocational college administrators and statistics used to analyze the data were mean ( $gif.latex?\bar{x}$ ) and standard deviation (S.D.). The results show that the components of the model consisted of 6 main components and 26 sub-elements, which were: 1) Vocational school environment, 2) Vocational school management, 3) The concept of organization management like OKRs, 4) Infinite Learning System, 5) Digital literacies, and 6) Digital technology. The implementation was evaluated via interviews with 13 participants and showed that the overall suitability of the model components was most appropriate, ( $gif.latex?\bar{x}$ = 4.69, S.D. = 0.48). The feasibility of the model was at the highest level ( $gif.latex?\bar{x}$ =4.62, S.D.=0.51).
