Data analysis using descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling technique. The results indicated that QWL and OCB had significant effect on staff’s working efficiency. The OCB factors played significant roles between QWL and staff’ s working efficiency. Therefore, to increase the efficiency of staff’ s work and organizational performance, hotel administrative should apply the concepts of the happy workplace in their firm and support facilities to develop staff’s ability and skills such as working skill, communication skills, etc. Regarding the OCB performance, teamwork approach should be encouraged through appropriate activity design as it is an important basis to create a good relationship among organizational members.
