In order to analyze, the statistic of skewness, kurtosis, and confirmation factor analysis (CFA) are revealed. The results also revealed that structural equation model had a significant direct effected and indirect effected toward public participation in sustainable cultural tourism under mediating effect of localism as (χ2/df = 1.150, p-value = 0.007 GFI = 0.915, AGFI = 0.890, CFI = 0.987, MRM = 0.054, RMSEA = 0.021) at the significance level of 0.05. Furthermore, the study results could be used for the government as a policy driver and the local community to strengthen the public participation.
