The Guideline of Management Systems for Strengthening the Effectiveness of Solid Waste Management of Local Administrative Organizations in Lampang Province

Abstract
This article aimed to find the development of a management system for strengthening the effectiveness of solid waste management of local administrative organizations in Lampang Province. This is qualitative research, collecting data from semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions. The results of the development of the management system for solid waste management for strengthening the effectiveness of solid waste management of local administrative organizations in Lampang Province found that the development of solid waste management had to be developed as follows: policy development, development of an integrated solid waste management plan, development of solid waste management project and activities, developing the thinking potential of administrators and local council members, developing the thinking potential of local government officials, developing the potential of operational personnel, participatory process development, service development, development of technology for solid waste storage, and developing the legal system, and developing and strengthening model communities.
