Abstract
The study titled "Muslim-Friendly Wellness and Beauty Service for Hotels and Resort Spas" forms part of the broader research project, "A Service Model of Muslim-Friendly Wellness and Beauty for Luxury Tourists in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain." This qualitative research employed purposive sampling to select representatives from the Wyndham Grand Manama, a hotel and resort spa recognized for its Muslim-friendly spa management practices, as well as from award-winning hotels in Bangkok that received the World’s Best Spa Awards in 2022, including Capella Bangkok, The St. Regis Bangkok, The Ritz-Carlton Bangkok, Four Seasons Bangkok, and Paresa Resort Phuket, a globally acclaimed luxury hotel. Data were collected through in-depth interviews using semi-structured interview guides and analyzed through content analysis. The findings revealed that Muslim-friendly wellness and beauty service in hotels and resort spas are managed across five key dimensions: 1) products, 2) services, 3) managements, 4) facilities, and 5) servicescape.
