บทคัดย่อ

     The purposes of this research are to study the context of Kanchanadit area on flood disaster and prevention, the preparation and the participation of the government sector, private sector and general people to the flood prevention and to establish participatory network for flood prevention. The population and sample was the stakeholders of flood protection. The study tools for data colletion were questionnaire, interview schedule, and focus group. The study found that the cause of flood disaster in Kanchanadit came from a lot of rainfall was this area was the place for supporting the rainwater from Luang Mountain. The preparedness of government sector for helping and preventing the flood disaster was good human resource. The preparedness of private sector for preventing the flood disaster was the high participation in following up and evaluation. For a flood prevention network, the network committee should be established and the committee members should be the representatives from government and private sectors and local people
