บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนการเกษตรและศึกษาปัจจัยหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และ 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนการเกษตรในจังหวัดสกลนครที่ส่งผลต่อการน้อมนำหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาปรับใช้ในการบริหารจัดการภายในกลุ่มสมาชิก กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจชุมชนการเกษตรในจังหวัดสกลนคร จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีการ PLS-SEM เพื่อเป็นการวัดความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปร ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาปัจจัยของการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนการเกษตร ประกอบด้วย ส่วนประสมทางการตลาด การจัดการผลิตการจัดการทางการเงิน และการบริหารงานกลุ่ม ปัจจัยหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ประกอบด้วย ความพอประมาณการมีเหตุผล การมีภูมิคุ้มกัน เงื่อนไขความรู้ และการมีคุณธรรม และ 2) ผลการวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนการเกษตรในจังหวัดสนกลนครที่ส่งผลต่อการน้อมนำหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาปรับใช้ในการบริหารจัดการภายในกลุ่มสมาชิกโดยใช้ แบบจำลอง Outer model และ Inner model ซึ่งโมเดลมีความเที่ยงตรงและมีความน่าเชื่อถือได้ ผลการวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลทางตรงและทางอ้อม มีดังนี้ ส่วนประสมทางการตลาด การจัดการผลิต การจัดการทางการเงิน และการบริหารงานกลุ่มมีอิทธิพลทางตรงและการจัดการผลิต การจัดการทางการเงิน และการบริหารงานกลุ่มมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อการน้อมนำหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาปรับใช้ในการบริหารจัดการภายในกลุ่มสมาชิก
