บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างนิเวศการเรียนรู้ด้วยกระบวนการจัดทำคู่มือประมงพื้นบ้านปากพูน โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการค้นคว้าข้อมูลจากเอกสาร การสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์แกนนำชาวประมงพื้นบ้านและปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน การสนทนากลุ่ม และการจัดเวทีระดมความคิดเห็น โดยกำหนดพื้นที่การเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ ชุมชนประมงพื้นบ้านปากพูน คลองปากพูน พื้นที่ทรัพยากรป่าชายเลน (อุโมงค์อเมซอน) ปากอ่าวปากพูน ที่ทำการกลุ่มอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรประมงพื้นบ้านปากพูน และตลาดความสุขชาวเล ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การจัดการความรู้โดยใช้กระบวนการจัดทำคู่มือการเรียนรู้ประมงพื้นบ้านปากพูน เป็นกระบวนการสร้างนิเวศการเรียนรู้และเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการสร้างพื้นที่ส่วนกลางให้ชาวประมงพื้นบ้านปากพูนได้เข้ามาร่วมถ่ายทอดความรู้และประสบการณ์ในเรื่องต่าง ๆ ซึ่งมีประเด็นสำคัญที่ปรากฎในคู่มือ ได้แก่ ทรัพยากรทะเลหน้าบ้านปากพูน ประวัติศาสตร์ชุมชนประมงพื้นบ้านปากพูน อัตลักษณ์ชุมชนประมงพื้นบ้านปากพูน องค์กรชุมชน และกิจกรรมการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรประมงพื้นบ้านปากพูน นอกจากนี้กระบวนการจัดทำคู่มือดังกล่าวทำให้เกิดนักจัดการการเรียนรู้ทรัพยากรประมงพื้นบ้านปากพูน ซึ่งเป็นแกนนำและเป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรประมงพื้นบ้านปากพูนที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจากสมาชิกในกลุ่ม จำนวน 30 คน และร่วมกันเสนอแนวทางการหนุนเสริมองค์กรชุมชนประมงพื้นบ้าน ให้เกิดกิจกรรมอนุรักษ์อย่างต่อเนื่องและยั่งยืน และสร้างอัตลักษณ์ชุมชนเกี่ยวกับการจัดการทรัพยากรทางทะเล
