บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารจัดการการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมในจังหวัดเชียงราย 2) จัดทำกลยุทธ์การขับเคลื่อนการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมสู่ชุมชนเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพการผลิตและเศรษฐกิจชุมชนจังหวัดเชียงราย 3) ประเมินกลยุทธ์การขับเคลื่อนการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมสู่ชุมชนเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพการผลิตและเศรษฐกิจชุมชนจังหวัดเชียงราย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันการบริหารจัดการการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมในจังหวัดเชียงรายภาพรวมค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก กลยุทธ์การขับเคลื่อนการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมสู่ชุมชนเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพการผลิตและเศรษฐกิจชุมชนจังหวัดเชียงราย ประกอบด้วย 6 กลยุทธ์
1) พัฒนาและบริหารจัดการชุดความรู้การถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม 2) พัฒนาศักยภาพการผลิตสินค้าและบริการ 3) พัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลบริการเทคโนโลยี นวัตกรรมและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 4) สร้างคลัสเตอร์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อพัฒนาการถ่ายเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม 5) ส่งเสริมการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรและร่วมลงทุนจากองค์กรทุกภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง 6) สร้างต้นแบบการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพการผลิตและเศรษฐกิจชุมชน การประเมินกลยุทธ์พบว่า ทุกกลยุทธ์มีความถูกต้อง ความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ ความเป็นประโยชน์ค่าเฉลี่ยในระดับที่มาก สามารถเป็นแนวทางให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องนำไปส่งเสริมประชาชนให้สามารถเพิ่มศักยภาพการผลิตและยกระดับเศรษฐกิจในชุมชนต่อไปได้
