ปัจจัยการบริหารต้นทุนเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่มีต่อผลการดำเนินงาน ของเกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงสุกรในจังหวัดตรัง

บทคัดย่อ
ที่มาและวัตถุประสงค์: การเลี้ยงสุกรเป็นกิจกรรมทางการเกษตรที่มีความสำคัญทางเศรษฐกิจ อย่างไรก็ตาม เกษตรกรมักประสบปัญหาด้านต้นทุนการผลิตที่สูงขึ้นและขาดการบริหารจัดการต้นทุนที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ส่งผลกระทบต่อผลการดำเนินงานโดยรวม การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารต้นทุนเชิงกลยุทธ์ของเกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงสุกรในจังหวัดตรัง 2) ศึกษาผลการดำเนินงานของเกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงสุกรในจังหวัดตรัง 3) ทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารต้นทุนเชิงกลยุทธ์กับผลการดำเนินงาน และ 4) ทดสอบอิทธิพลของปัจจัยการบริหารต้นทุนเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่มีต่อผลการดำเนินงานของเกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงสุกรในจังหวัดตรังระเบียบวิธีการศึกษา: การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรคือเกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงสุกรที่ขึ้นทะเบียนในจังหวัดตรัง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 396 ราย โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาและความเชื่อมั่นเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการศึกษา: ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการบริหารต้นทุนเชิงกลยุทธ์โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยองค์ประกอบด้านค่าอาหารสัตว์มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด (x̄ = 4.16) 2) ผลการดำเนินงานโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยด้านกำไรมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (x̄ = 4.22) 3) การบริหารต้นทุนเชิงกลยุทธ์มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับผลการดำเนินงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ 4) ปัจจัยการบริหารต้นทุนเชิงกลยุทธ์ ได้แก่ ค่าที่ดิน ค่าอุปกรณ์ ค่าอาหารสัตว์ ค่าวัคซีน ค่าสาธารณูปโภค และค่าพันธุ์สุกร ส่งผลเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ต่อผลการดำเนินงาน โดยสามารถพยากรณ์ความแปรปรวนของผลการดำเนินงานได้ร้อยละ 60.60 (Adj-R² = 0.606)
การประยุกต์ใช้: ผลการวิจัยสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางสำหรับเกษตรกร สหกรณ์การเกษตร และหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องในการออกแบบกลยุทธ์การบริหารต้นทุนที่เหมาะสมกับบริบทของภาคเกษตรกรรม ผู้กำหนดนโยบายสามารถนำผลการวิจัยไปพัฒนาโปรแกรมสนับสนุนที่ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการวางแผนต้นทุนและเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของเกษตรกรในระยะยาว

ประสิทธิภาพผลการดำเนินงานของเกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงสุกรในจังหวัดตรัง การจัดการต้นทุนในองค์ประกอบสำคัญ โดยเฉพาะค่าอาหารสัตว์ ค่าวัคซีน และค่าพันธุ์สุกรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ส่งผลโดยตรงต่อการเพิ่มรายได้ การสร้างกำไร และการสร้างความยั่งยืนทางเศรษฐกิจในภาคเกษตรกรรมในระยะยาว
