The Research Synthesis On Happy Workplace

Abstract
The objective of this research is to synthesis the research - happy workplace. First set is the description of the research. Second set is the effect sizes of research. And third set is direction to improve workplace happiness. The research is based on the interpretation of 20 from 60 academic research documents freely available in ThaiLis, published between the years of 2551 – 2560 B.E. Tools for collecting data were the recording data form for research synthesis and research summary form. Data were analyzed by descriptive frequency and meta-analysis to effect size according to Cohen (1998)
The results showed that common research objectives found was to study, most applied concept with the research was Happy 8. The effect size from learning process is the big impact factor towards a happy workplace. The happy workplace guidance based on the findings in this study, is the direction to determine the company policies emphasizing the importance of human resources in physical, mental and social development, also arrange programs to promote Happy 8 emphatic on Happy Brain, Happy relax and Happy Body.
