Abstract

This objectives of this research were to 1) study the level of the effectiveness measured by the satisfaction level of using the service of Local administration in Ban Chang Sub district, Ban Chang District, Rayong Province; and 2) compare the public opinion on the service effectiveness of Local administration in Ban Chang Sub district, Ban Chang District, Rayong Province. Quantitative research. The research was conducted by a sample of 400 people who used the services of Local administration in Ban Chang Sub district, Ban Chang district, Rayong province. And open end For data analysis This is done using a computer program. And content analysis for qualitative data. Statistics used were mean, standard deviation (SD), t-test and one-way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA).


The results of the research were as follows:


1. The level of service effectiveness of Local administration in Ban chang Sub district, Ban Chang district, Rayong province. The level is very high. When considering each aspect. Effectiveness of building services, facilities and facilities. The level of service effectiveness was at a high level. The level of service effectiveness of the service providers was moderate.


2. Comparison of service effectiveness levels of people in Local administration in Ban Chang Sub district, Ban Chang district, Rayong province. There were differences in the effectiveness of the services provided. Career and average income per month There is no difference in opinion.
