The Development of a Training Program for Competency Enhancement for Raising the Level of Nong Chok District Community Products

Abstract

This research article aims to study the capacity needed to be developed and checked in the curriculum quality; and to follow up the curriculum utilization for which the sample group used were people in Nong Chok, sample group A. The tools used in the research were questionnaire, survey (Confidence level at .962), pre- and post-examination, and after training questionnaire. The Statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, statistics of the differences of the 2 dependent groups, and descriptive analysis from quality data collection.


The research results found that (1) Samples possessed knowledge, skills on capacity development at a low level, and possessed an attitude in development at a highest level; (2) The results of the curriculum development and quality examination, produced by the analysis in the selection of contents to build and examine the curriculum quality, was evaluated at a high level; and (3) The results of the utilization of the curriculum by comparison examination scores found that samples possessed scores obtained after the training were higher the the scores obtained before the training at significant level of .05.
