การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะในการยกระดับผลิตภัณฑ์กลุ่มชุมชนในเขตหนองจอก

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะที่จำเป็นต้องพัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพหลักสูตรและติดตามผลการใช้หลักสูตร ซึ่งประชากรที่ใช้ คือ กลุ่มชุมชนในเขตหนองจอก และตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือ กลุ่มชุมชน A เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม แบบสำรวจ (ความเชื่อมั่น.962) แบบทดสอบก่อน-หลัง และแบบสอบถามผลการฝึกอบรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติการทดสอบความแตกต่างค่าเฉลี่ยของตัวอย่าง 2 กลุ่มไม่อิสระต่อกัน และทำการวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนาจากการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ตัวอย่างมีความรู้ ทักษะเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะอยู่ในระดับน้อย และมีเจตคติที่ต้องการการพัฒนาอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (2) ผลการพัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพหลักสูตร ซึ่งเป็นผลการวิเคราะห์เพื่อเลือกเนื้อหาสร้างและและตรวจสอบคุณภาพหลักสูตร ซึ่งผลการประเมินอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (3) ผลการใช้หลักสูตรด้วยการเปรียบเทียบคะแนนการทดสอบ พบว่า ตัวอย่างมีคะแนนการทดสอบหลังการฝึกอบรม สูงกว่าก่อนฝึกอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ .05
