Leadership Style Affecting to Bank Employee Satisfaction in Thailand

Abstract

This research aims to (1) to study the leadership styles that affect the satisfaction of bank employees in Thailand (2) to study the management behavior of the Bank employees in Thailand by applying the concept of satisfaction and Motivation The research method is divided into 2 types. Qualitative research was conducted using in-depth interviews with employees of 20 commercial banks and quantitative research. Data were collected by using 200 questionnaires. The data were analyzed by means of factor analysis and linear regression analysis.


The research findings were as follows: And leadership. The leaders have strictly monitored the work of the staff, the work is strictly monitored, has a good part. It can make all employees work equally and not work together. Leadership style, focus and focus. But do not focus on enforcement. Focus on harmony is a basic need. Safety, social needs, praise and success. I want to work hard. And leaders who help to work together to achieve the highest success.
