The Development of a Smart Classrooms Management Model for Vocational Lecturers Under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission

Abstract
This research article aims to: (1) study the components of the learning management model using in a smart classroom for vocational lecturer affiliated with The Office of Vocational Education Commissions (OVEC) (2) develop the learning management model using in a smart classroom for vocational lecturers affiliated with OVEC. (3) evaluate and to improve the learning management model using in a smart classroom for vocational lecturers affiliated with OVEC. A qualitative data collection utilizing focus group discussion and document analysis to gain the sample personal opinion. The quantitative research data were collected from 400 vocational lectures. The Factor Analysis as a statistic method was applied to analyze and synthesize the primary data, and finally, the research results presented by using descriptive analysis.
Findings are as follows: (1) the learning management model using in a smart classroom for vocational lectures affiliate with The Office of Vocational Education Commissions comprised of the eleven significance components. (2) development of learning management model for vocational lectures affiliated with OVEC consists of five process starting from analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. (3) evaluation of the learning management model using in the smart classroom for the vocational lecturers affiliate with OVEC declared in overall an average rating at the highest level, each aspect has a high value and can be applied.
