การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ในห้องเรียนอัจฉริยะสำหรับครูอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ในห้องเรียนอัจฉริยะสำหรับครูอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา (2) พัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ในห้องเรียนอัจฉริยะสำหรับครูอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา และ (3) ประเมินและแก้ไขปรับปรุงรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ในห้องเรียนอัจฉริยะสำหรับครูอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา การวิจัยนี้ ใช้ทั้งการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ และการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม และการสนทนากลุ่ม ตลอดจนความคิดเห็นส่วนตัวของตัวอย่าง จำนวน 400 คน จากสถิติ Factor Analysis กับข้อมูลที่ได้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และนำเสนอข้อมูลในรูปแบบการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) องค์ประกอบของรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ในห้องเรียนอัจฉริยะสำหรับครูอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา พบว่า มี 11 องค์ประกอบ (2) พัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ในห้องเรียนอัจฉริยะสำหรับครูอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา พบว่า รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ในห้องเรียนอัจฉริยะสำหรับครูอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา มี 5 กระบวนการโดยเริ่มจาก กระบวนการวิเคราะห์ กระบวนการออกแบบ กระบวนการพัฒนา กระบวนการนำไปใช้ และกระบวนการประเมินผล และ (3) ประเมินและแก้ไขปรับปรุงรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ในห้องเรียนอัจฉริยะสำหรับครูอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา พบว่า ผลการประเมินภาพรวมของรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ในห้องเรียนอัจฉริยะมีค่าเฉลี่ย อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ซึ่งถือว่าแต่ละด้านมีค่าอยู่ในระดับสูงสามารถนำไปใช้ได้
