The Development of a Training Program to Enhance the Essential Competencies of Salespersons in the Beauty Surgery Business

Abstract

This research article aim to study: (1) to study the essential competencies of salespersons in the beauty surgery business. (2) to develop a training program to enhance the necessary competencies of salespeople in the beauty business. and (3) to evaluate training program to enhance the essential competencies of salespeople in the beauty business. This research is research and development. The researcher conducted research using the Delphi technique from 18 experts. The sample group is 30 salespeople working in beauty institutes. Data were analyzed using the following statistics: Step 1, median and interquartile range. Step 2 Mean, standard deviation. and consistency and step 3, mean, standard deviation, and t values to measure persistence.


The results showed that (1) essential performance of salespersons (2) Development of training program to enhance competencies essential of the salesperson which passed the qualifying examination from 5 qualified persons with a very suitable level in all aspects and consistency in all components. and (3) The results of the evaluation of the training program for the development of essential competencies of the salespersons were at the .05 level and after 12 weeks of training, the required after-training was statistically significant at the .05 level and after 12 weeks of training, statistically significantly higher than at the end of the training at .05 in all areas, and very satisfied with the course.
