Abstract

The purpose of this academic article is to study strategic adaptation for business management during the COVID-19 pandemic. Data was analyzed using data from the Miracle Company. International Technology Co., Ltd. or MIT by implementing management guidelines according to the criteria of the National Quality Award (TQA), assessed by 7 criteria: (1) Organizational Leadership (2) Strategic Planning (3) Customer Focus (4) Measurement Analysis and knowledge management, (5) people focus, (6) operations focus, and (7) results.


The results of the analysis revealed that during the pandemic of covid-19. MIT has a good leading in the company. The executive has explained and made a good understanding statement to all personnel and customers on their terms with the strict protocols under the social distancing and responsibilities due to covid-19 epidemic control measures. MIT has created business strategy and make an adaptation towards the pandemic of covid-19 and MIT opened up for customer suggestions. MIT has business performance appraisal and analysis to make an adaptation on every process and protocol continuously. All MIT personnel had a strong bond with the company. With the precise processing, clarity and accuracy created the efficiency of the operation. MIT has been certified and awarded on safety and business management and gained trusted from customers. Also gained trust from all personnel who fully contributed to the company. With the right understanding and directions, MIT can run business efficiently even during to the Covid-19 outbreak situation with no infection in the company. Also making a profit and still competing with other companies.
