Abstract

This academic article aims to increase efficiency, promoting and supporting in Thai procurement government for Small and Medium Enterprises can be operated accurately, completely. It is to introduce a conceptual model, including Theories of Diffusion of innovation theory, Technology-Organization-Environment Framework, Technology acceptance model, The theory of planned behavior, This impact of Government’s support policies on the development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). For the private sector to accept vender registration with the government. And by action electronic government procurement system transactions in the purchase of goods and services have been thoroughly.


The results of the analysis revealed that (1) Innovations in information technology have progressed especially the Internet of Things and programs. that promotes or supports the electronic government procurement system. (2) It’s a decision-making process in applying innovations in technology and information in organizations, and government agencies. To be suitable and accessible with the current environment organization. (3) Enhancement of efficiency and supporting the electronic government procurement system affects the factors that influence bid mark-up decisions for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. By using of work the Internet Information technology system for work. Promote quality procurement and support able to create a learning process and upgrade Small and Medium Enterprises to be knowledgeable and able to compete in the online market sustainably.
