The Organizational Development to be a High Performance Organization

Abstract
This research article aims to (1) study the development of high-performance organizations of PTT Public Company Limited and Miracle International Technology Company Limited (2) study on the development guidelines to become a high-performance organization of Miracle International Technology Company Limited in accordance with the guidelines of PTT Public Company Limited. The research model is a mixed method. By using qualitative research as the main support data with quantitative research. The data collection tool was a structured in-depth interview. The sample group is representatives of Miracle International Technology Co., Ltd. 306 people. The data collection tool was a questionnaire.
Findings are as follows: PTT Public Company Limited has all 7 components of a high- performance organization. While the level of organizational performance of Miracle International Technology Company Limited overall is at a high level and has the same level of being a high-performance organization in all 7 areas. shows that Executives of Miracle International Technology Co., Ltd. have similar abilities to executives of PTT Public Company Limited while other aspects are very different. This led to the development of a high-performance organization of Miracle International Technology Company Limited in accordance with PTT Public Company Limited’s guidelines. In terms of measurement, analysis and knowledge management.
