Educational Institution Administration Model According to the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy Catholic Schools Under the Catholic Diocese of Northeastern Region

Abstract
This research article aims to (1) study the components of the administration of educational institutions according to the sufficiency economy philosophy of Catholic Schools; (2) study the current, the desirable, and the need for the administration of educational institutions according to the sufficiency economy philosophy of Catholic Schools; (3) create for the administration of educational institutions according to the sufficiency economy philosophy of Catholic Schools; and (4) assess the model of educational institution administration according to the sufficiency economy philosophy of Catholic Schools by using mixed methods research. The sampling consisted of 467 administrators and teachers, a group discussion meeting with 9 experts, and an evaluation of the model by 13 school administrators. The instrument was a questionnaire and a suitability assessment form.
Findings are as follows: The components of school administration in Catholic schools under the Diocese of Northeastern Region had 12 components. The current, desirable, and need for the administration of educational institutions according to the sufficiency economy philosophy of Catholic Schools in total is at a high level. In addition, the need for educational institution administration according to the sufficiency economy philosophy in Catholic schools overall was equal to 0.022. The model evaluation of school administration according to the sufficiency economy philosophy of Catholic schools had been evaluated both for suitability and possibility at the highest level.
