บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โรงเรียนคาทอลิก (2) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โรงเรียนคาทอลิก (3) สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โรงเรียนคาทอลิก และ (4) ประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โรงเรียนคาทอลิก สังกัดสังฆมณฑลภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ การวิจัยเป็นแบบผสมผสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 467 คน การสนทนากลุ่ม จำนวน 9 คน และผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประเมินรูปแบบ จำนวน 13 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม และแบบประเมินรูปแบบ
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า องค์ประกอบการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โรงเรียนคาทอลิก มี 12 ด้าน สภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โรงเรียนคาทอลิก โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และความต้องการจำเป็นในการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โรงเรียนคาทอลิก สังกัดสังฆมณฑลภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยรวมมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.022 การประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โรงเรียนคาทอลิก สังกัดสังฆมณฑลภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ พบว่า รูปแบบมีความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
