บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลการนำไปใช้รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลทักษะของผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งเป็นการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนา (Research & Development) ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน รวมทั้งสิ้น 70 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินผลการนำไปใช้รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลทักษะของผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ คือ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผลประเมินการนำไปใช้รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลทักษะของผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการนำไปใช้ ผลการปฏิบัติรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลทักษะของผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยใช้แบบประเมินผลการนำไปใช้โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (= 4.43, SD= 0.63) การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา (
= 4.41, SD= 0.63) การพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนสถานศึกษา (
= 4.44, SD= 0.61) การวัด ประเมินผล และเทียบโอนผลการเรียน (
= 4.42, SD= 0.63) ทักษะการเรียนรู้ (
= 4.42, SD= 0.62) ทักษะเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล (
= 4.43, SD= 0.63) และทักษะอาชีพและชีวิต (
= 4.44, SD= 0.63)
