An Academic Administration Model Affecting the Effectiveness of Learner Skills in the 21st Century Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok Metropolis

Abstract
This research article aims to evaluate the use of academic administration models that affect the effectiveness of learner skills in the 21st century under the secondary educational service area office Bangkok Metropolis. This research followed a Research and Development (R&D) approach. The study involved 70 administrators and teachers as informants. The research instrument used was an evaluation form designed to assess the effectiveness of an academic administration models on students’ 21st-century skills in the under secondary educational service area office in the Bangkok Metropolis. The statistical methods used in the analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
Finding are as follows: provided an overall evaluation of the effectiveness of an academic administration models that affect the effectiveness of learner skills in the 21st century under secondary educational service area office Bangkok Metropolis, is at the highest level ( = 4.43, SD = 0.63) followed by the development of educational programs (
= 4.41, SD = 0.63), the instructional development of educational institutions (
= 4.44, SD = 0.61), measurement and evaluation, and credit transfer (
= 4.42, SD = 0.63), learning skills (
= 4.42, SD = 0.62), digital technology skills (
= 4.43, SD = 0.63), and occupational and life skills (
= 4.44, SD = 0.63).
