Management Techniques and Digital Tools to Creating Innovation in Educational Institutions

Abstract
This academic article aims to consider the management techniques and digital tools that can be applied in educational organizations and have an impact on promoting innovation and enhancing efficiency and adaptability, focusing on the analysis of (1) change leadership management techniques, change management, organizational culture based on learning and collaboration, and constructive feedback and regular evaluation and (2) digital tools through online learning platforms, educational management software, online assessment and recording tools, and information and communication technology. It serves as a framework for analysis.
Findings are as follows: The integration of management techniques and digital tools contributes to four factors that promote innovation in educational institutions: (1) organizational culture that promotes collaboration, (2) leaders who promote creativity and are open to new ideas, (3) innovation adoption, and (4) innovation dependent on teacher skills and training.
