เทคนิคการจัดการและเครื่องมือดิจิทัลเพื่อสร้างนวัตกรรมในสถานศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพิจารณาถึงเทคนิคการจัดการและเครื่องมือดิจิทัลที่สามารถนําไปใช้ในองค์การสถานศึกษา และมีผลต่อการส่งเสริมนวัตกรรม การเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพและการปรับตัว โดยมุ่งเน้นไปที่การวิเคราะห์ (1) เทคนิคการจัดการภาวะผู้นําการเปลี่ยนแปลง การจัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลง วัฒนธรรมองค์การบนพื้นฐานของการเรียนรู้และการทํางานร่วมกัน และข้อเสนอแนะที่สร้างสรรค์และการประเมินอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และ (2) เครื่องมือดิจิทัลผ่านแพลตฟอร์มการเรียนออนไลน์ ซอฟต์แวร์เพื่อการจัดการสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือประเมินผลออนไลน์และการบันทึก และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มาเป็นกรอบในการวิเคราะห์
ผลการวิเคราะห์ พบว่า การบูรณาการร่วมกันระหว่างเทคนิคการจัดการและเครื่องมือดิจิทัล ก่อให้เกิดเหตุปัจจัยหนุนเสริมนวัตกรรมในสถานศึกษา 4 ประการ ได้แก่ (1) วัฒนธรรมองค์การที่ส่งเสริมการทํางานร่วมกัน (2) ผู้นําที่ส่งเสริมนวัตกรรมและเปิดรับแนวคิดใหม่ ๆ (3) การนํานวัตกรรมมาใช้ และ (4) นวัตกรรมที่ขึ้นอยู่กับทักษะและการฝึกอบรมของผู้สอน
