Application of Statistical Data for Security Work of the Immigration Bureau

Abstract
This academic article aims to analyze the application of statistical data to increase the efficiency of the Immigration Bureau Division 5 under the “Thailand 4.0” policy, in which the civil service must focus on developing and applying data analysis tools to improve decision-making and management processes within the agency, especially integrating data from multiple sources for timely responses to various situations by using the public policy, statistical data, and application of information systems for public sector management as a framework for analysis.
Findings are as follows: The use of statistical data for security work of the Immigration Bureau is not only a tool for data analysis and prediction, but also helps to analyze trends and monitor performance, enabling efficient planning and improvement of activities, which is an important part in creating reliability and stability of the data management system. The use of statistical data and modern information technology can create an efficient data management system that can effectively respond to the needs of statistics in management, including increasing speed, accuracy, reducing errors, increasing the reliability of data used in decision-making, and also confirming the success of integrating data and information technology in managing statistical data for security work of the Immigration Bureau. Therefore, Immigration Division 5, which is under the Immigration Bureau, should develop a model for the application of statistical data for security work of the Immigration Bureau by studying problems, development guidelines, improvements, and success factors to integrate data or information within Immigration Division 5 and develop a model for the application of statistical data in conjunction with the work of the Immigration Bureau according to the standard of practice, including evaluating the development of a model for the application of statistical data in conjunction with the work of the Immigration Bureau according to the standard of practice.
