Network, Knowledge Management and Digital Marketing Development to Enhance Herbal Products to be a Center for Learning and Sustainable Herbal Business

Abstract

This research article aims to study networks, knowledge management, and the development of digital marketing to raise the level of herbal products to become a learning center for herbals and sustainable herbal business. It is qualitative research, key informants are experts in this field with snowball sampling technique, 22 people. Data were collected using in-depth interviews. The research instrument is a semi-structured Interview. Data analysis by content analysis.


Findings are as follows: networks arouse members to cooperate, support, and exchange knowledge with each other therefore it is an important component in knowledge management of community enterprises in 5 steps: (1) knowledge collection (2) action or application (3) further analysis (4) collected into a body of knowledge and (5) knowledge transfer. In digital marketing development, the most important tool is community enterprises or entrepreneurs must have a mindset towards learning more about digital marketing, who know sustainable business development goals, and know the target customer group including the need to evaluate performance to improve and develop digital marketing regularly.
