Factors for Success in the Operation of Private Hospital Business in Thailand in the Next Normal Era

Abstract

This research article aims to study the factors of service marketing management and human capital management in the Next Normal era that influence the creation of competitive advantages of private hospital businesses in Thailand and to study the factors of competitive advantages that influence the success of private hospital businesses in Thailand. This research is a quantitative research. Data were collected using questionnaires from 380 directors of private hospitals in Thailand. The data were analyzed using structural equation models. Findings are as follows: The developed structural equation model is consistent with the empirical data by the factors of Next Normal Marketing Management (Mark) having a positive infl uence on creating competitive advantage (CCA) with an infl uence size of 0.776, the factors of Next Normal Human Capital Management (Hucap) having a positive infl uence on creating competitive advantage with an infl uence size of 0.250, and the factors of creating competitive advantage (CCA) having a positive infl uence on operational success with an infl uence size of 0.991 and statistical signifi cance at the .001 level.This research is useful to improve health and
well-being. To assist hospital and public health administrators in developing and implementing
human capital management strategies that are effi cient and effective for enhancing hospital
competitiveness and performance.
