การพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยของบุคลากรสายวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ ผ่านระบบสารสนเทศการเรียนรู้

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้เป็นบทความเชิงปริมาณโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัญหาด้านการวิจัยของบุคลากรสายวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ (2) พัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยของบุคลากรสายวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ ผ่านระบบสารสนเทศการเรียนรู้ และ (3) ประเมินสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยของบุคลากรสายวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ ผ่านระบบสารสนเทศการเรียนรู้ ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ บุคลากรสายวิชาการ ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ จำนวน 38 แห่ง 5 ภูมิภาค จำนวน 240 คน ใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่มหลายขั้นตอน ใช้สถิตเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่างตัวอย่างสองกลุ่มที่เป็นอิสระจากกัน (t - test for independent) โดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูปในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) สมรรถนะที่จำเป็นและต้องการในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยสูงสุดมี 4 ด้าน (2) กรอบในการร่างระบบสารสนเทศ เพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยของบุคลากรสายวิชาการ มีความเหมาะสม และทุกประเด็นมีความสอดคล้องกัน และ (3) การนำร่างระบบสารสนเทศการเรียนรู้ ไปดำเนินการทดลองกับตัวอย่างที่เป็นอาจารย์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ ที่ยังไม่มีงานด้านการทำวิจัยในสาขาการศึกษา จำนวน 40 คน พบว่า ตัวอย่างมีสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยหลังการทดลองใช้สูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองใช้ระบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัย ผ่านสารสนเทศการเรียนรู้ และตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศ เพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน
