การจัดการโรงแรมที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมจากเสียงสะท้อนของชุมชนท้องถิ่นภาคใต้ของประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาถึงการจัดการโรงแรมที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม และ (2) เป็นแนวทางพัฒนาข้อเสนอแนะในการจัดทำนโยบายโรงแรมที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมกับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน โดยการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้ คัดเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง คือ โรงแรมพาราไดซ์ เกาะยาว จังหวัดพังงา ที่ได้รับมาตรฐานโรงแรมสีเขียวและได้รับมาตรฐานรับรองสำหรับธุรกิจภาคการท่องเที่ยวจากสภาการท่องเที่ยวแห่งยุโรป รวบรวมข้อมูลใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์และการสนทนากลุ่ม ซึ่งมาจากตัวแทนภาคชุมชนท้องถิ่นด้วยมุมมอง 5 มิติ รวมตัวอย่าง จำนวน 11 คน จากครอบครัวชุมชนท้องถิ่น โรงเรียน องค์กรศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล และสถานพยาบาลประจำตำบล โดยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) เป็นตัวอย่างแก่องค์การธุรกิจในด้านการเสียภาษีบำรุงท้องที่และภาษีอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างตรงเวลา (2) จัดระเบียบการขนส่งให้คนในชุมชนมีรายได้ร่วมกัน และ (3) ปรับปรุงถนนหนทางในส่วนของโรงแรมให้ชาวบ้านได้เดินผ่านได้อย่างสะดวก และมิติด้านสถานพยาบาลประจำตำบล ได้แก่ (1) โรงแรมจัดการเรื่องการคัดแยก บ่งชี้ขยะติดเชื้อของแขกที่พัก และ (2) โรงแรมเป็นอาสาสมัครเพิ่มช่องทางรับเรื่องประสานงานทางสุขภาพกับทางสถานพยาบาล เพื่อความสะดวกในการติดต่อมากขึ้น
