ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อจิตอาสาของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง ชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับของปัจจัยด้านความสัมพันธ์กับครอบครัว ความสัมพันธ์ของบุคคลกับสิ่งแวดล้อม ความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อน ความสัมพันธ์กับสังคม เจตคติต่อการทำงานจิตอาสา และระดับจิตอาสาของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง ชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร (2) ศึกษารูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยกับจิตอาสา และ (3) ศึกษาอิทธิพลทางตรงและทางอ้อมของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อจิตอาสา ผู้วิจัยดำเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ด้วยการแจกแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 520 ชุด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติอนุมานใช้การวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง (SEM) ด้วยโปรแกรม LISREL
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านความสัมพันธ์ของบุคคลกับสิ่งแวดล้อมในสมมุติฐานที่ 9 มีอิทธิพลต่อจิตอาสามากที่สุด เท่ากับ 0.40 รองลงมา คือ ปัจจัยด้านความสัมพันธ์กับครอบครัวในสมมุติฐานที่ 7 มีอิทธิพลต่อจิตอาสา เท่ากับ 0.39 ซึ่งเป็นค่าอิทธิพลที่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และหลังจากใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง พบว่า ดัชนีทุกตัวผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน ดังนั้น จึงสามารถสรุปได้ว่า ผลการวิเคราะห์ที่ได้ครั้งนี้สอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์
