อิทธิพลของภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงและบุพปัจจัยต่อความยั่งยืนขององค์การ ในบริบทของกลุ่มบริษัทผลิตวัสดุก่อสร้างที่จดทะเบียน ในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลเชิงสาเหตุของภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงต่อความสามารถเชิงพลวัต โมเดลธุรกิจหมุนเวียน และความยั่งยืนขององค์การในบริบทของผู้บริหารและหัวหน้างานของกลุ่มบริษัทผลิตวัสดุก่อสร้างที่จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย ใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสมวิธี การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหารระดับสูง ระดับกลาง ระดับต้น และหัวหน้างาน จำนวน 311 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติใช้การวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึก ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก จำนวน 15 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) โมเดลสมการโครงสร้างของงานวิจัยสอดคล้องกลมกลืนดีกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่า c2/df = 1.280, p-value = .096 และ RMSEA = .030 อธิบายความแปรปรวนของความยั่งยืนขององค์การ ได้ร้อยละ 79 โดยความยั่งยืนขององค์การได้รับอิทธิพลทางตรงในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติจากโมเดลธุรกิจหมุนเวียน (β = .64, p = .001) ความสามารถเชิงพลวัต (β = .37, p = .001) และภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง (β = - .11, p = - .05) (2) ผลการพัฒนาโมเดลเชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความยั่งยืนขององค์การ พบว่า ความสามารถเชิงพลวัตส่งผลมากที่สุด รองลงมา โมเดลธุรกิจหมุนเวียนและภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ตามลำดับ และ (3) ผลการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพสามารถอธิบายผลการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณได้ทั้งในทิศทางบวกและทิศทางลบ
