บทบาทตัวแปรคั่นกลางพหุของการบูรณาการโซ่อุปทานระหว่างความสามารถ การใช้เทคโนโลยีกับผลการดำเนินงานองค์กร

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของความสามารถการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การบูรณาการภายใน การบูรณาการกับลูกค้า การบูรณาการกับผู้ส่งมอบ และผลการดำเนินงานองค์กรของผู้ประกอบการขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมภาคบริการภาคเหนือตอนล่าง 1 และ (2) ตรวจสอบบทบาทตัวแปรคั่นกลางพหุของการบูรณาการภายใน การบูรณาการกับลูกค้า และการบูรณาการกับผู้ส่งมอบระหว่างความสามารถการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศกับผลการดำเนินงานองค์กร เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 325 คน ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติอนุมานวิเคราะห์ตัวแบบสมการโครงสร้าง
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ความสามารถการใช้เทคโนโลยีมีผลต่อผลการดำเนินงานองค์กรมากที่สุด (TE = .845) รองลงมาคือ การบูรณาการกับผู้ส่งมอบ (TE = .345) การบูรณาการกับลูกค้า (TE = .168) และการบูรณาการภายใน (TE = .127) ตามลำดับ และ (2) การบูรณาการภายใน การบูรณาการกับลูกค้า และการบูรณาการกับผู้ส่งมอบเป็นตัวแปรคั่นกลางพหุบางส่วน (partial multiple mediator) ระหว่างความสามารถการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศกับผลการดำเนินงานองค์กร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001
