ศักยภาพทางการตลาดและความอยู่รอดทางการตลาด: การศึกษาเชิงประจักษ์ของร้านค้าปลีกแฟชั่น ประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของปัจจัยศักยภาพทางการตลาด ความได้เปรียบทางการตลาด และความอยู่รอดทางการตลาด ตรวจสอบอิทธิพลของศักยภาพทางการตลาดที่มีผลต่อความได้เปรียบทางการตลาด และนำไปสู่ความอยู่รอดทางการตลาดของร้านค้าปลีกแฟชั่น ประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ประกอบการหรือผู้บริหารร้านค้าปลีกแฟชั่น จำนวน 322 ราย โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือด้วยการทดสอบความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาด้วยผู้เชี่ยวชาญและการทดสอบทางสถิติด้วยค่าอำนาจจำแนก มีค่าระหว่าง .811 - .920 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นระหว่าง .877 - .921 ทดสอบด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและการถดถอยแบบพหุคูณในการทดสอบสมมุติฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้ประกอบการหรือผู้บริหารมีความคิดเห็นโดยรวมเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยศักยภาพทางการตลาด ความได้เปรียบทางการตลาด และความอยู่รอดทางการตลาดของร้านค้าปลีกแฟชั่น ประเทศไทย อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด นอกจากนี้ ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า องค์ประกอบของศักยภาพทางการตลาด (การเรียนรู้ทางการตลาด การบริหารลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ และการปรับตัวทางการตลาด) ส่งผลทิศทางบวกต่อความได้เปรียบทางการตลาด ในทำนองเดียวกับความได้เปรียบทางการตลาดนำไปสู่ความอยู่รอดทางการตลาดของร้านค้าปลีกแฟชั่น ประเทศไทย
