ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุและผลของความสามารถในการทำงานที่ยั่งยืน ของพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจประเภทสาธารณูปโภค

บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความหมาย องค์ประกอบ และปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุและผลความสามารถในการทำงานที่ยั่งยืนของพนักงาน (2) ศึกษาและทดสอบโมเดลการวัดของความสามารถในการทำงานที่ยั่งยืน ภาวะลื่นไหลในการทำงาน การใช้จุดแข็ง การจัดแจงในงาน และพันธะทางใจในงานของพนักงานและ (3) ทดสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุและผลของความสามารถในการทำงานที่ยั่งยืนของพนักงานกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ รวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม พนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจในประเทศไทยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสาธารณูปโภค จำนวน 468 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณาและสถิติอนุมานด้วยการวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง


          ผลการวิจัย พบว่า โมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงเหตุและผลของความสามารถในการทำงานที่ยั่งยืนมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์  ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องมีค่า χ²/df เท่ากับ 1.311 p-value เท่ากับ .060 RMSEA เท่ากับ .026 SRMR เท่ากับ .016 CFI เท่ากับ .997 TLI เท่ากับ .995 NFI เท่ากับ .989 และ RNI เท่ากับ .997 นอกจากนี้ พบว่า ภาวะลื่นไหลในการทำงานมีอิทธิพลทางตรงในเชิงบวกต่อความสามารถในการทำงานที่ยั่งยืนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ การใช้จุดแข็งมีอิทธิพลทางตรงในเชิงบวกต่อความสามารถในการทำงานที่ยั่งยืนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ การจัดแจงในงานมีอิทธิพลทางตรงในเชิงบวกต่อความสามารถในการทำงานที่ยั่งยืนอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ภาวะลื่นไหลในการทำงานมีอิทธิพลทางตรงในเชิงบวกต่อพันธะทางใจในงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ การใช้จุดแข็งมีอิทธิพลทางตรงในเชิงบวกต่อพันธะทางใจในงานอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติการจัดแจงในงานมีอิทธิพลทางตรงในเชิงลบต่อพันธะทางใจในงานอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และความสามารถในการทำงานที่ยั่งยืนมีอิทธิพลทางตรงในเชิงบวกต่อพันธะทางใจในงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ นอกจากนี้ โมเดลสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของความสามารถในการทำงานที่ยั่งยืนได้ร้อยละ 70.9 และความแปรปรวนของพันธะทางใจในงานได้ร้อยละ 80.5 ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับสูง
