บทคัดย่อ

บทความนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการศึกษาการบริหารงานรัฐวิสาหกิจของบริษัท อสมท.จำกัด (มหาชน) ซึ่งมีเนื้อหาสาระครอบคลุมถึงขอบข่ายและความหมายของการบริหารงานเชิงคุณภาพรัฐวิสาหกิจ เป็นการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบทความนี้ผู้เขียนได้ทำการทบทวนวรรณกรรมของนักวิชาการของ ไทยและต่างประเทศ นำมาสู่การพัฒนากรอบแนวความคิดสำหรับการศึกษา โดยการสังเคราะห์ตัวแปรที่ สอดคล้องกับบริบทการศึกษาการบริหารงานบริษัท อสมท จำกัด (มหาชน) ตั้งแต่แนวคิดการบริหารงาน รัฐวิสาหกิจ พัฒนาการของแนวความคิดการบริหารงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ และสรุปแนวความคิดการบริหารงาน รัฐวิสาหกิจ: จากทฤษฎีสู่ภาคปฏิบัติของบริษัท อสมท. จำกัด (มหาชน) ซึ่งเป็นแนวทางการบรรลุมาตรฐาน การบริหารงานเชิงคุณภาพรัฐวิสาหกิจและความยั่งยืนของบริษัท อสมท จำกัด (มหาชน) ต่อไปConcept of Quality Management of State Enterprise: From theory to practice in MCOT Public Company Limited
