การศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำด้านเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำด้านเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำนวน 97 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่า t-test
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า
1. ระดับภาวะผู้นำด้านเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก
2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำด้านเทคโนโลยี ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำแนกตามอายุและประสบการณ์การทำงาน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
3. แนวทางพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำด้านเทคโนโลยี ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา (1) ด้านความเป็นผู้นำด้านวิสัยทัศน์ ผู้บริหารต้องศึกษานโยบายของหน่วยงานต้นสังกัด เพื่อกำหนดเป้าหมายในการพัฒนา และส่งเสริมการระดมทุน (2) ด้านพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ยุคดิจิทัล ผู้บริหารต้องเป็นผู้นำด้านเทคโนโลยี ส่งเสริมให้ครู บุคลากรทางการศึกษาสร้างเครือข่ายในการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ (3) ด้านความเป็นเลิศในการปฏิบัติอย่างมืออาชีพ ผู้บริหารต้องมีความเป็นผู้นำด้านการใช้เครื่องมือดิจิทัลในการปฏิบัติงาน ส่งเสริมให้ครูเข้าใจและเห็นความสำคัญของการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการสื่อสาร (4) ด้านการพัฒนาอย่างเป็นระบบ ผู้บริหารต้องใช้ยุทธศาสตร์ความร่วมมือโดยเชิญทุกภาคส่วนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการสร้างความเข้าใจ กำหนดยุทธศาสตร์ วางแผนในการพัฒนา สร้างสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้และองค์ความรู้ร่วมกันและควรแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการจัดเก็บและดูแลระบบข้อมูลให้สามารถเรียกใช้ได้สะดวก (5) ด้านความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัล ผู้บริหารควรมีนโยบายการใช้เทคโนโลยีสำหรับผู้เรียนอย่างชัดเจน และมีการจัดเตรียมวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และมีเครื่องมือดิจิทัลที่เพียงพอต่อการใช้งานของนักเรียน
