ทักษะที่จำเป็นและกิจกรรมเสริมทักษะสำหรับเยาวชนมุสลิมระดับอุดมศึกษาในพื้นที่ 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้

บทความวิจัยฉบับนี้ชี้ให้เห็นถึงทักษะที่จำป็นและกิจกรรมเสริมทักษะสำหรับเยาวชนมุสลิมระดับอุดมศึกษา ในพื้นที่สามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ การศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ แบบกรณีศึกษา เครื่องมือวิจัยที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก สนทนากลุ่ม และการสังเกตทั้งแบบมีส่วนร่วมและไม่มีส่วนร่วม มีผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ซึ่งเป็นผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับประเด็นที่ทำการศึกษาจำนวน 41 คน ประกอบด้วย 1) ผู้บริหาร 2) อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา 3) อาจารย์ผู้สอน 4) ผู้นำองค์กรนักศึกษา 5) นักศึกษา และ 6) ศิษย์เก่า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธี 1) การจัดระเบียบ ข้อมูล 2) การแสดงข้อมูล และ 3) การสร้างข้อสรุปและการตีความหมาย พิจารณาความถูกต้องตรงประเด็น และความเชื่อถือได้ของข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการตรวจสอบแบบสามเส้า ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ปัญหาและการปรับตัวใน การดำเนินชีวิตของเยาวชนมุสลิมมีหลายมิติ 2) ทักษะชีวิตที่จำเป็นสำหรับนักศึกษามุสลิมระดับอุดมศึกษา ประกอบด้วย ทักษะวัฒนธรรม ทักษะการจัดการตนเอง ทักษะทางด้านภาษาและการสื่อสาร ทักษะการเรียนรู้ และแก้ไขปัญหา และทักษะการจัดการอารมณ์และความรู้สึก และ 3 ) กิจกรรมเสริมทักษะสำหรับเยาวชนมุสลิม ระดับอุดมศึกษาได้แก่ เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาค้นหาเส้นทางของตัวเอง ส่งเสริมให้มีความเข้าใจในพหุวัฒนธรรม และวัฒนธรรมชุมชน และพัฒนาศักยภาพเพื่อการค้นพบโลกกว้าง
