Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- Originality and Exclusive Submission The manuscript is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration by another journal. Any related or overlapping work has been disclosed and appropriately cited.
- Journal Scope and Article Type The manuscript is consistent with the aims and scope of JSHRA and has been submitted under the appropriate article type.
- Authorship, Contributions, and Author Approval All listed authors have made substantial scholarly contributions to the work, have reviewed and approved the submitted version, and agree to be accountable for its content. All individuals who meet the criteria for authorship have been included, and all authors have approved the order in which their names appear.
- Corresponding Author Contact Information The corresponding author’s current telephone number, including the country calling code, has been provided in the “Comments for the Editor” field. It will be used solely for editorial communication and will not be published or disclosed to peer reviewers.
- Submission MetadataThe title, abstract, keywords, author names, affiliations, ORCID (iDs) where available, and corresponding author details have been entered accurately and consistently in the submission system.
- Manuscript Preparation and FormattingThe manuscript has been prepared using the current JSHRA template and complies with the requirements for language, structure, length, formatting, and reference style set out in the Author Guidelines. Template (English Version)
- Tables, Figures, and Supplementary Materials All tables and figures are numbered consecutively, have clear and informative titles or captions, are cited in the text, and are placed at appropriate locations in the manuscript. Supplementary materials, where applicable, have been clearly identified, cited in the manuscript, and uploaded as separate files.
- Citations and References All in-text citations correspond to entries in the reference list and vice versa. References follow the journal’s prescribed style, with DOIs or stable URLs provided where available. Reference Writing Guidelines
- Research Ethics, Informed Consent, and Participant Confidentiality Where applicable, the research has received approval from an appropriate research ethics committee or institutional review board, and the manuscript states the name of the approving body and the approval number. The manuscript also describes the procedures used to obtain informed consent and to protect participants’ privacy, confidentiality, and personal data.
- Funding, Conflicts of Interest, and Other Declarations All sources of funding and other support, the role of any funders, acknowledgements, potential conflicts of interest, data availability, and any other relevant declarations have been disclosed in the manuscript. Where applicable, the absence of funding or conflicts of interest has been stated explicitly.
- Disclosure of Generative AI and AI-Assisted Technologies Any use of generative AI or AI-assisted technologies has been appropriately disclosed. All AI-assisted outputs have been reviewed and verified by the authors, who accept full responsibility for the manuscript.
- Copyright, Permissions, and Third-Party Material Permission has been obtained for all copyrighted or third-party materials, and the appropriate acknowledgements and citations have been provided.

Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities Research in Asia (JSHRA) is committed to protecting the privacy of authors, reviewers, editors, and all users of our website. We highly value the confidentiality and security of personal information provided to us and ensure its use solely for academic and publication-related purposes.
Article Quality Review Process
All articles published in the journal must undergo a quality screening process conducted by three experts in the relevant field (Peer Review), in accordance with the Announcement of the Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC) regarding the Criteria and Procedures for the Appointment of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor (No. 4), B.E. 2564 (2021), dated July 5, 2021. This ensures that authors can utilize their publications to apply for academic positions in compliance with the OHEC regulations. The peer review process is conducted on a double-blind basis, where both the reviewers and the authors remain anonymous to each other (Double-Blind Peer Review), and the article must be approved by the editorial board. If the editorial board deems that revisions are necessary, the manuscript will be returned to the author for correction. The editorial board reserves the right to reject any article that does not meet the required standards for publication.
Collection of Information
We collect personal data, including names, institutional affiliations, email addresses, and other relevant contact details, during user registration, manuscript submission, peer review, and communication processes.
Use of Information
The information collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Managing the submission and peer review process
- Communicating with authors, reviewers, and editors
- Publishing accepted manuscripts
- Sending notifications and updates regarding journal activities
- Maintaining academic records and archiving
We do not use personal data for commercial purposes or share it with third parties not directly involved in the publication process.
Data Protection
All personal data is securely stored and accessible only to authorized editorial staff. We take appropriate security measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Anonymity in Peer Review
In line with our double-blind peer review policy, the identities of authors and reviewers remain confidential and are not disclosed to each other during the review process.
Public Information
Published articles, including authors’ names, institutional affiliations, and contact emails (if provided for correspondence), will be made publicly available as part of the journal’s publication record.
Legal Compliance
