Financial Literacyamong Business Administration Students in Three Southernmost Provinces

Thai people's financial literacy level was found to belower than average in an international survey conducted by the Organization for Economic Co - operation and Development (OECD).The objectives of this study were to determine the level of financial literacy among bachelor's degree in business administration students in the three southernmost provinces, as well as correlation test of financial knowledge, behavior, and attitude. Because these students will be an important workforce in the area, contributing to boost the economy. Multistage randomization was used to choose a sample of 142 students for the survey study. Data was gathered using a questionnaire and a test of financial knowledge that were both content validities, a questionnaire for reliabilities, and a test for difficulty index and discriminating. Basic statistics and Pearson's correlation coefficient were used to determine. The empirical results revealed that the average score of financial literacy across all participating students was 15.4 out of a possible 21. In term of considering each component, financial behaviourmet at high level, however, financial knowledge and financial attitudes were at moderate level. Meanwhile, the correlation test showed that financial literacy was statistically related to attitude at the .05 level.
