<b>ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานสภาอาจารย์ของคณาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์</b><br> Factors Affecting the Participation in Senate Council of Prince of Songkla University Faculty Members

บทคัดย่อ

This research aimed to study the personal, motivation, valuing and acceptance, duty and responsibility factors towards the participation in Senate Council of Prince of Songkla University lecturers’. To find out factors which involving to predict the participation in Senate Council. Sample  used under study were 249 lectures in the academic semester of 2015 from 5 campuses. Tool used were questionnaire of which the reliability of .95. Data was analyzed by using percentage, X, SD, t-test and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The study’s results indicated that ; Perception of the participation in Senate Council of lecturer’s were at high level in the work characteristics, acceptance, success aspects while at moderate level were on role, progress and work valuing aspects. The independent variable showed the relationship between the participation in Senate Council of the lecturers’ with the significant statistic were working experience, ranking of academic, role aspect, work valuing aspect, duty aspect and responsibility aspect, Taking a glance at the working experience found that lecturers who gained working experience more than 20 years took the participation in Senate Council less than other groups. However, ranking of academic found that lecturers who the more the higher of level of academic position and responsibility seem to participate in Senate Council. All of these variables showed the relationship so as to predict the participation 56.12 explaining the covariance at 56%. Finally when analysis each variable, the solely variable which affect the positive relationship of the participation in Senate Council was duty aspect.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนตัว ปัจจัยจูงใจ ปัจจัยคุณค่าแห่งงานและการ

ยอมรับ ปัจจัยภาระหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานสภาอาจารย์และ

ค้นหาตัวแปรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานสภาอาจารย์ของคณาจารย์ มหาวิทยาลัย

สงขลานครินทร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ อาจารย์และพนักงานมหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ สังกัด 5

วิทยาเขต จำนวน 249 คน ปีการศึกษา 2558 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามการมีส่วนร่วมในการ

ดำเนินงานสภาอาจารย์ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .95วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ทดสอบที (t-test) และทดสอบการถดถอยพหุคูณและสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การ

มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานสภาอาจารย์ของคณาจารย์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีความคิด

เห็นในระดับมากคือ ด้านลักษณะของงาน ด้านการยกย่องยอมรับ ด้านความสำเร็จ และในระดับปาน

กลาง คือ ด้านบทบาท ด้านความก้าวหน้า และด้านการรับรู้คุณค่าแห่งงาน ตัวแปรอิสระที่มีความ

สัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานสภาอาจารย์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ คือ ประสบการณ์

ในการทำงานตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ ด้านบทบาทด้านการรับรู้คุณค่าแห่งงาน ด้านภาระหน้าที่ ด้าน

ความรับผิดชอบ พบว่า ผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานมากกว่า 20 ปีมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงาน

สภาอาจารย์น้อยกว่าคณาจารย์กลุ่มอื่นๆ และคณาจารย์ที่ยิ่งมีตำแหน่งทางวิชาการสูง ก็ยิ่งมีส่วน

ร่วมในการดำเนินงานสภาอาจารย์สูงด้วย นอกจากนี้ คณาจารย์ที่มีความรับผิดชอบสูงก็ยิ่งมีส่วนร่วม

ในการดำเนินงานสภาอาจารย์สูงด้วยเช่นกัน โดยตัวแปรอิสระทุกตัวร่วมกันสามารถอธิบายการมีส่วน

ร่วมได้ 56.12 ซึ่งสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ ร้อยละ 56 และมีเพียงตัวแปรเดียวที่มีอิทธิพลทาง

บวกอธิบายการเปลี่ยนแปลงของตัวแปรตามได้ดีที่สุด คือ ด้านภาระหน้าที่
