The statistics used in data analysis are percentage, mean, standard deviation, comparison by t-test and f-test, and compare pair (Scheffe’s method). And bring to statistical significance test was at 0.05. Research result: 1. Personal information: most male, age between 31-40 years old, most undergraduate Graduates, at least 2-5 years working experience. And classified by jobs: most employees are managers as work in the operating and most of them work in the food industry. 2. The analysis of the needs of information technology personnel has result: to needs with corporate management toward information technology in the overall was at a high level. By consider in 6 aspects are hardware, software, data, communication network, peoples and operation manual. 3. The comparison of the needs of information technology personnel by classified by personal attributes has result: personal attributes are different have the needs different for information technology to be used in corporate management such as hardware, software, communication network and operation manual. And significance test was at 0.05. So that, the result has the difference, therefore to compare the sample mean of the sample such as classify in education level, working experience, position, department and type of section in industry. The result: there has a little difference disguise with different groups in the overall of employees in large industrial estates, pathumthani province.
