Administrator Factors and Teacher Factors Affecting Quality School Management of Private Schools under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office

The research entitled “Administrator Factors and Teacher Factors Affecting Quality School Management of Private Schools under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office” had the objectives to: 1) study the level of administrator and teacher factors of private schools, 2) study the level of quality school management of private schools, 3) study the relationships of administrator factors and teacher factors and quality school management of private schools, 4) study administrator factors and teacher factors affecting quality school management of private schools, 5) study guidelines on the development of administrator and teacher factors affecting quality school management of private schools.The samples were 447 administrators and schoolteachers in private schools. The research results found as follows. 1. The administrator factors as a whole was at the high level. When considered as individual aspects found that every aspect was at the high level. They were arranged in descending order of mean: change leadership behavior, academic leadership, and administrative vision. The teacher factors as a whole was at the high level. When considered as individual aspects found that every aspect was at the high level. They were arranged in descending order of mean: teacher work satisfaction, and teacher social support. 2. The quality school management of private schools in the opinions of the administrators as a whole was at the high level. When considered as individual aspects found that every aspect was at the high level. They were arranged in descending order of mean: learner-centered learning management, total quality management, environment, and school curriculum. The quality school management of private schools in the opinions of the teachers as a whole was at the high level. When considered as individual aspects found that every aspect was at the high level. They were arranged in descending order of mean: environment, total quality management, school curriculum, and learner-centered learning management. 3. The administrator factors had significant relationships at .01 level with the quality school management of private schools. With this regard, administrative vision and academic leadership had moderate level relationship with the quality school management of private schools whereas change leadership behavior did not. The teacher factors had significant relationships at .01 level with the quality school management of private schools. With this regard, teacher work satisfaction and teacher social support had moderate level relationship with the quality school management of private schools. 4. The administrator factors affected the quality school management of private schools at .01 level of significance. They had predictive power of 26.70%. With this regard, the administrative vision had highest predictive power, followed by academic leadership and change leadership behavior respectively. The teacher factors affected the quality school management of private schools at .01 level of significance. They had predictive power of 34.40%. With this regard, the teacher social support had highest predictive power, followed by teacher work satisfaction.
