Abstract

This research was a mixed method research with the purposes to study the management factors of English program school applying curriculum developed by in order to the Education Ministry, central region, the Office Basic Education Commission, develop the management factors of English program school applying curriculum developed by in order to the Education Ministry, central region, the Office Basic Education Commission and evaluate the management factors of English Program school applying curriculum developed by in order to the Education Ministry, central region, the Office Basic Education Commission. The populations in this research were 107 of English Program school applying curriculum developed by in order to the Education Ministry, central region, the Office Basic Education Commission. The research instruments applied in this study were structured Interview, questionnaire and evaluation forms the data analyzed with Percentage, Means, Standard Deviation (S.D.). The research findings were as follows: 1. The management factors of English program school applying curriculum developed by in order to the Education Ministry, central region, the Office Basic Education Commission consisted of seven operation factors: (1) Administrative factors 2) environmental Learning factors (3) teacher quality factors (4) analyzed and evaluated of the organization factors (5) student development (6) administrators quality factors (7) curriculum and teaching factors 2. School Management Model of the English Program School Applying Curriculum Developed by in order to the Education Ministry, Central Region, the Office Basic Education Commission consisted of the important seven operation factors were propriety and feasibility in high level.
