Abstract

relationships of learning organization and knowledge management. At the present, organization highly emphasizes on the importance, due to the reason of surviving and growing sustainably in the competitive globalization. Organizations are seeking for a new way to rethink, remake, and learn how to apply and develop the administrator in the organization. In this era, being an excellent administrator is very important to bring the organization to be the well-developed and learning organization by using knowledge management as a tool to push forward. In other words, the learning organization has a strong relationship to the knowledge management. If the organization will develop itself to be the learning organization, the knowledge management is deeply needed to be developed systematically within the organization in case to help the officers live and learn continuously.
