ADMINISTRATIVE MODEL WITH QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY OF SMALL SIZE SCHOOLS UNDER SA KAEO PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICES

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study component of administrative model with quality and efficiency of small size school under the Sa Kaeo primary education service area offices, 2) to develop administrative model with administrative model with quality and efficiency of small size school under the Sa Kaeo primary education service area offices and 3) to estimate administrative model with quality and efficiency of small size school under the Sa Kaeo primary education service area offices. Use research and development method. The simple were the school administrators, teachers and supervisors of the Sa Kaeo primary education service area offices of 30 people, and using the specific sampling method. This research had 3 phases that 1) study component of administrative model with quality and efficiency of small size schools by interviewed 15 of small size school administrators with the result of basic educational testing services were at much level, 2) draft and examine model by focus group from 15 experts, and 3) estimate suitability and possibility of model from 30 experts. The instrument of this study was structured interviews, focus group recording, quality testing and assessment model. The statistics used for the data analysis include mean and standard deviation. The research results revealed that : 1) The component of administrative model with administrative model with quality and efficiency of small size school under the Sa Kaeo primary education service area offices were 10 components that (1) characteristics of administrators and teachers (2) environment management of educational institution (3) learner development (4) respond the needs of learning resource development (5) budget administrative (6) curriculum management (7) instructional management (8) evaluation and assessment (9) achievement enhancement of student and (10) parent’s satisfaction. 2) Develop administrative model with administrative model with quality and efficiency of small size school under the Sa Kaeo primary education service area offices were 10 components that (1) characteristics of administrators and teachers (2) environment management of educational institution (3) learner development (4) respond the needs of learning resource development (5) budget administrative (6) curriculum management (7) instructional management (8) evaluation and assessment (9) achievement enhancement of student and (10) parent’s satisfaction. 3) estimate administrative model with administrative model with quality and efficiency of small size school under the Sa Kaeo primary education service area offices with suitability and possibility were the highest level.
