FACTORS AFFECTING THE COMPETENCIES OF BECOMING OF MODERN LEADERSHIP OF PATHUM THANI MUNICIPALITY ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study: 1) Character traits of the good administrators' characteristics Affecting the Competencies of Becoming of Modern Leadership of Pathum Thani Municipality Administration 2)Factors affecting the good administrators affected to competencies of Becoming of Modern Leadership of Pathum Thani Municipality Administration, and 3) Level of Modern leader competency affecting academic administration of Pathum Thani Municipality Administration. This research was both a quantitative study and supplemented with qualitative data. The sample were people aged 18 years and over 400 people. The research instruments were questionnaires and interviews, and record group conversations. Data were analyzed for content of 18 community leaders and faculties. The data were statistically analyzed by using Frequency, Percentage, Average, Standard Deviation, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The study results showed that; 1)Character traits of the good administrators' characteristics were in the high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in all aspects; moral leadership, listening ability, and being a leader based on performance respectively. 2) Character traits of factors affecting the good administrators were in the high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in all aspects; being a good negotiator, network building ability modern technology capabilities, democracy, and management based on the principle of participation respectively. 3) Level of Modern leader competency affecting academic administration of Pathum Thani Municipality Administration were statistical significance at the .01 level, with the modern leadership competency forecasting variable capable of forecasting administrative ability at 7.7%..
